Role Summary

We are looking for someone who has experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and who wants to take a leading role in implementation projects with a high business impact. You may currently work as a project manager, application consultant or operational ERP consultant and want to continue developing in larger and more complex deliveries.

In the role, you get to combine business understanding, consulting and project management in assignments where you help customers develop and streamline processes in, for example, finance, logistics, warehouses and production.

As part of our growing ERP offering, you will be a central player in projects ranging from comprehensive ERP transformations to integrated solutions where Business Central interacts with Power Platform, Dynamics CE, Azure and other Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• In the role, you are responsible, among other things, for:
• Lead or run projects and implementations throughout the entire life cycle – from analysis and planning to implementation, follow-up and further development
• Be an advisory partner to customers in matters connected to business processes and business systems
• Create structure, clarity and progress in complex deliveries with multiple stakeholders
• Work closely with developers, architects and other consultants in cross-functional teams
• Contribute to further developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
• Coordinate implementations and integrations linked to Business Central and related solutions
• We are looking for you as
• Has at least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP solutions
• Today works as, for example, project manager, application consultant or operations consultant within ERP
• Has experience in implementations, business development or business system projects, preferably in consulting
• Are used to working closely with customers and feel confident in dialogues with both operations and IT
• Has a good understanding of business processes in, for example, finance, logistics, warehouse or production
• Thrive in an advisory and driving role where you get to combine business and technology
• Has the ability to create structure and progress in complex deliveries
• Communicates freely in Swedish and English, in both speech and writing

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is particularly advantageous. We also like that you have worked with other established ERP platforms, such as Jeeves, Pyramid, IFS, Monitor, Visma or similar solutions.
