PROJECT PLANNER

location: all over Poland

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and supervision of the project schedule, starting from the phase of obtaining administrative permits, through carrying out construction works, and technical and official acceptance.
  • Supervision of the schedule of deliveries, assembly, tests and commissioning of technological installations.
  • Monitoring delivery dates of key equipment and analyzing their impact on the project schedule.
  • Initiating and implementing corrective actions to implement the project within the assumed time frame.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports, participating in coordination meetings with contractors and the investor.
  • Active support of the project manager and the team of supervision inspectors in terms of timeliness of works.

Requirements

  • Higher technical education; construction or related.
  • Practical knowledge of schedule relationships between construction and electrical works as well as the installation and commissioning of technological devices.
  • At least two years of professional experience as a planner in the construction industry in the implementation of construction projects, experience in the implementation of industrial, energy, infrastructure or energy storage projects will be a great advantage.
  • Practical knowledge of planning production processes and understanding the relationships between individual construction industries during construction works.
  • Good knowledge of Polish and English, also in the field of construction vocabulary, enabling free communication and writing technical reports in this language.

Very good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office

  • Ability to work in a team and high organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • High motivation and commitment to work.
  • Category B driving license and mobility.
