Responsibilities
Main activities (routine)
- Manage projects seeking to maximize results by optimizing processes, costs, controls, as well as enabling new digital technologies necessary for the organization's growth.
- Develop and consolidate strategic projects, contributing with a critical vision and focus on sustainable results.
- Act as a technical reference in identifying trends, applying agile methodologies and enabling solutions that generate competitive advantage for the company.
- Ensure the quality of services and compliance with processes in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Manage projects internally or with consultancies, ensuring deliveries on time, cost and quality.
- Plan contingency strategies for data security, access and system continuity.
- Develop and implement complex projects aligned with the strategic plan.
- Propose and monitor improvements and innovations in the area's processes and standards.
- Prepare strategic analyzes and reports with insights for senior management.
- Maintain clear communication, collaboration and team spirit.
- Ensure the conservation of equipment and tools.
- Perform related activities as necessary, respecting the organization's values and principles.

Requirements
- Minimum 60 months of experience in Project Management;

- Agile methodologies tools;
