Project Management Officer

Role Summary

As part of the Engineering Master BOM (EMB) project, we are looking for a PMO (Project Management Officer) to support the management and coordination of project activities.

Manage the overall monitoring of the project (progress, costs, planning and risks).

Maintain the roadmap as well as integrated schedules.

Identify, track and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.

Prepare and lead the different instances and rituals of the EMB and REPO projects.

Coordinate project teams and facilitate arbitrations.

Define and apply the program's project management methods, standards and processes.

Support decision-making and prioritization of activities.

Monitor resource capacity.

Contribute to change management, adoption and deployment activities when necessary.

Requirements

• Essential technical skills
• Project management / PMO.
• Milestone planning and management.
• Management of risks, costs and deadlines.
• Coordination of multiple stakeholders.
• Animation of committees and steering bodies.

Technical skills appreciated

• Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) environments.
• Experience in the automotive sector.
