Responsibilities

What you do specifically

• Full control: from kick-off to delivery
• Monitoring scope, planning, budget and quality
• Actively manage risks and commercial interests
• Navigate complex stakeholder fields
• Managing multidisciplinary teams
• Ensuring correct delivery (incl. As-Built documentation)
• Organizing progress and alignment
• Working according to safety and quality standards
• You ensure that projects continue — even when things get exciting.

Requirements

You are someone who brings peace to complexity and dares to make sharp choices.

• At least a completed Bachelor (HBO) education
• IPMA-D (minimum required)
• Experience with project work and project planning
• Strong financial insight (budgets, margins, KPIs)
• You take ownership
• You stay sharp under pressure
• You dare to make decisions
