Job description

Location:
Schiphol, NH, Netherlands
Work arrangement:
On-site

Role Summary

Consider

  • camera and CCTV systems
  • intercoms, radar and detection systems
  • networking and software integrations
  • control room applications and operating environments

You build integrated security systems in which everything works together in real time and is immediately operational within a live airport environment.

Why working at Bosch feels different. At Bosch you do not work in an organization that is driven by short-term profit or shareholder pressure.

  • Bosch is an internationally strong and stable foundation with a focus on:
  • quality over speed
  • long-term cooperation
  • sustainable development of employees

That is why we do not see the first annual contract as a temporary interim phase, but as a conscious start of a collaboration that must be right for both sides.

Here you don't just build technology.

You build expertise, trust and continuity.

Your role: making technology work together in practice.

As a Security Systems Project Engineer you ensure that designs actually function.

Not just theoretically. Not just in a test environment.

But live — in a complex operational environment such as Schiphol.

You connect technology, systems and practice.

You work on

  • engineering
  • configuration
  • integration
  • testing
  • commissioning

And it is precisely because systems are dependent on each other that you make the difference here.

Working at Schiphol means

  • systems run continuously
  • multiple disciplines work simultaneously
  • changes have direct impact
  • safety is always a priority

This requires precision, overview and technical insight.

You work in an environment where

  • network-driven solutions form the basis
  • systems work together in an integrated manner
  • reliability is more important than nice theory

Why this role is interesting

You don't build individual installations here.

You work on technology that

  • must always remain available
  • collaborates in real time with other systems
  • has a direct impact on safety and continuity
  • is a visible part of the airport operation

What you deliver is immediately used in one of the most critical environments in the Netherlands.

Because you

  • want to work on technology that makes a visible impact
  • gets energy from complex integrations
  • want to build systems that must be truly reliable
  • want to grow within a stable international organization
  • want to be part of projects that matter

This is not a position where you are “just an engineer”. This is a role in which your technical choices directly contribute to safety and continuity.

Do you want

work on high-impact security systems?

integrate technology into a live airport environment?

building solutions that are relied on every day?
