Project Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Bahrain, specializing in drawings, troubleshoot machines (CNC/Gun drill) and preferably experience with Thermowells. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our advanced manufacturing equipment through expert problem-solving and project management.Responsibilities:- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency.- Coordinate and manage engineering projects from inception through completion, ensuring timeline and quality standards are met.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, production, and quality assurance to implement effective solutions.- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.- Provide technical support and training to the maintenance team to enhance machine reliability and operator proficiency.- Analyze machine performance data to identify trends and recommend proactive maintenance and improvements.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all project activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.- 4+ years of experience in drawings, troubleshoot machines (CNC/Gun drill) and preferably experience with Thermowells or similar precision equipment.- Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.- Strong understanding of machine tools, thermowell technologies, and manufacturing processes.- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and devise effective solutions.- Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.- Willingness to work onsite in Bahrain and adapt to operational needs.
