Role Summary

As Project Director, you will join the Financial Services vertical in order to participate in the development of our innovation topics around Data and AI. Within this very dynamic agency, you have the opportunity to work for local and national clients.

To do this, you are responsible, among other things, for the following missions:

You manage Big Data implementation projects, and/or you manage pre-sales files as a bid manager

You implement action plans to achieve objectives: deadlines, quality, customer satisfaction, profitability, SLA, etc., on different types of projects (package, build, TMA, etc.) and methodologies (Agile, iterative, etc.);

  • You manage the teams present on the projects;
  • You direct the customer towards the solutions offered by the Group;
  • You are responsible for managing human resources within your scope;

A real key player in digital transformation by participating in the design and implementation of value-added Data solutions for our clients.

Requirements

  • You have proven experience in leading high-stakes Data programs and projects, covering subjects such as the modernization of decision-making platforms, data governance, Big Data architectures or advanced uses of Data.
  • Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 10 years of experience in the management and direction of Data projects, ideally acquired within an ESN or with major accounts in the banking, financial or insurance sector.
  • You are recognized for your ability to manage complex systems, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and support your clients in their strategic transformations around Data.
  • With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to establish a relationship of trust with high-level contacts and bring a vision combining business, technological and organizational issues.
  • You want to evolve in an environment where entrepreneurship, business development and innovation are major levers for success and development.
