Role Summary

Reporting to the Manufacturing Perimeter Monitoring Director, your main missions will be:

  • the definition and deployment of the business development strategy and its performance in agreement with CIMPA agencies,
  • securing and winning tenders,
  • leading a leading cluster team and salespeople,
  • consolidation and reporting to clients, the Surveillance Director and the CIMPA COMEX.

Managing CIMPA Business Manufacturing

  • Guarantor of satisfaction and customer relations,
  • Guarantor of Scopes, Issues and Contractual Commitments
  • Manage business expertise, technological and competitor monitoring, capitalization, development of the center of expertise, transnational work and coordination.
  • Consolidate KPIs and report to clients and program level

Responsibilities

Develop the business and its performance

  • Define the commercial development and customer addressing strategy (Must Win & Lobbying customers)
  • Promote offers to become a transversal supplier on all WPs
  • Identify and convert new opportunities by providing innovative and efficient solutions to customers
  • Ensure the profitability of projects and their sustainability.

Lead the Manufacturing dynamic

  • Lead the CIMPA leading cluster network, in agreement with leaders in the field
  • CIMPA focal point for Manufacturing clients
  • Drive commercial dynamics
  • Deployment, promotion and support for the transformation of the delivery model

Requirements

  • •You have proven experience in leading transnational programs
  • •You have expertise in Manufacturing Engineering professions
  • •You have specifically worked on industrialization issues
  • •You are recognized by your customers and master their challenges,
  • •You have more than 15 years of experience,
  • •You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • •You practice active listening, are adaptable and have the ability to energize and inspire cross-functional teams
  • •You are fluent in English
