Role Summary

At Tusclasesparticulares we are looking for professionals with a consolidated career willing to accompany, through individual private classes, people aged 40 or over who are considering a change of professional direction.

Many people reach the middle of their career wanting to change sectors, reinvent themselves or change their career, but they don't know where to start. We are looking for profiles who can guide this process in structured 1:1 sessions, like any other private class on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual private classes focused on career reorientation.
• Help identify which skills are transferable to a new sector.
• Guide the construction of a realistic transition plan, session by session.
• Review and adapt the student's professional profile to the new objective.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience (own or accompanying others) in career changes.
• Training or experience in HR, coaching, psychology or people management (valuable, not exclusive).
• Good listening and ability to build trust in individual class format.
