Role Summary

1. Support in Process and Requirement Survey

Map processes using SIPOC, BPMN and basic VSM.

Document laboratory workflows.

Support in the preparation of BRD and FRD.

Raise simple requirements with analysts, EHS to IT.

1. Support for Continuous Improvement Projects

Collect, purify and analyze environmental data.

Elaborate Pareto, Ishikawa and 5 Why's.

Support statistical process control (SPC).

Support correlation analysis, trends and basic regression.

1. IT Support – EHS

Support the digitalization of inspections, QA/QC and records.

Test digital solutions (UAT).

Document incidents.

1. Data Management and BI

Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI (intermediate level).

Analyze data through Python and R

Model basic data (Power Query, relationships, simple DAX).

Ensure data quality.

1. Standardization and Learning

Update procedures.

Support internal training.

Document lessons learned.

Statistical tools

1. Basic descriptive and inferential statistics
2. SPC
3. Correlation and regression
4. Pareto, Ishikawa
5. Intermediate-advanced Excel
6. Basic knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (desirable)

Requirements

Training

Graduate of Environmental, Industrial, Chemistry, Systems, Statistics or related Engineering.

Technical Knowledge

Business Intelligence (Power BI) – Intermediate level.
