your contribution to the solution

You analyze and evaluate the business, process and system requirements of our customers in the manufacturing industry and translate them into practical solutions.

You will develop the professional and technical specifications, particularly with a focus on production, logistics, procurement and planning processes.

You accompany the implementation of the assigned requirements with the internal project team.

You actively shape the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC) to the customer.

The planning and implementation of software tests as well as quality assurance measures are your responsibility.

You design and conduct user training and workshops and moderate requirements between specialist departments and IT.

As your expertise increases, you will support our sales department in the offer and presales phase.

your tools for success

You have several years of experience in ERP solution and process consulting, ideally with a focus on manufacturing companies.

You have completed higher technical or business education (e.g. HTL, FH, university).

You have in-depth practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC) and understand its use in industrial scenarios.

Your profile is complemented by in-depth experience in production, manufacturing, materials management, planning or logistics processes.

You are characterized by a strong service and customer orientation, combined with a structured way of working.

You impress with very good communication and presentation skills as well as a confident, professional demeanor at all levels.

Knowledge of German at C2 level (spoken and written) as well as very good knowledge of English.

Fair pay is important to us! The gross monthly salary for this position is at least €4,000. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we are of course prepared to offer a higher salary.
