PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER M/F

Role Summary

• Reporting to the Production Manager of the Paviers site (37), and in charge of a team of line drivers and production operators, your main missions will be:
• Guarantee the safety of teams and report special cases in order to adapt the rules
• Ensure the supervision of the team: coordination of production on both lines, planning management, carrying out evaluation interviews
• Replace your team in case of absence
• Ensure process monitoring with a view to constantly improving quality and productivity
• Optimize, if necessary, the scheduling of campaigns for the sake of productivity and quality
• Ensure the organization of recycling and in collaboration with the laboratory its declaration
• Ensure compliance of quantities manufactured
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of workshops with the 5S method
• Diagnose the causes of breakdowns, repair and propose improvement actions
• Carry out preventive maintenance following the programs formalized by the Maintenance Manager
• Propose actions to improve processes and the ERP

Requirements

• BTS / DUT / Bac Pro type electromechanic or equivalent
• Professional experience in a process industry
• Electricity: reading diagram, measurement, field of application (LV and TBT), troubleshooting logic
• CACES 3, electrical authorizations
