Role Summary
Maintain the workplace in optimal conditions, in order to work in a safe and orderly environment.
Carry out the operation assigned to you based on your training and qualifications, in order to meet daily production.
Print and inspect final product labels for each work order, to ensure both the availability of labels for orders once the sterilization cycle is completed, as well as the conformity of labels with applicable diagrams and procedures.
Carry out, when required, the reprinting and inspection of final product labels, in order to ensure compliance according to applicable diagrams and procedures.
Issue reprocessing orders that are sent to primary packaging, in order to generate the required documentation and create them in the system for subsequent processes.
Review the units, router and labels, to ensure the traceability and quality of the final product.
Report to the supervisor or designated person about any anomaly or improvement that exists in the process, in order to reduce the amount of rejected product.
Comply with the efficiency, yields, discipline and performance indicators of the manufacturing area, in order to contribute to continuous improvement.
Support the execution of “First Article” tags when required, in order to work on their format changes.
Ensure compliance with corporate and legal EHS requirements, through compliance with internal policy and procedures. Likewise, the fulfillment of tasks, internal controls, communications and necessary training in accordance with your curricular plan.
Continuously improve EHS results through leadership, commitment and participation of all EHS-related initiatives.
Execute all other functions inherent to the position and those assigned by the immediate boss, in order to take advantage of the area's resources in the best way.
Requirements
- Formal requirements
- 9th year (Required) or Bachelor in Secondary Education
- At least 1 year of experience in the Medical Industry (desirable)
- Basic Microsoft Office. (required)
- Physical requirements of the work environment
Visual Acuity: Normal 20/20 vision (with glasses if necessary) is required for the position.
