Role Summary

Execute all tasks related to the proper manufacturing and/or packaging of products:

Produce products efficiently and effectively according to procedures and instructions.

Manipulate, move, store and dose raw materials or finished products, in accordance with internal safety, quality and environmental standards.

Efficiently package products or raw materials, according to internal procedures and safety and environmental standards.

Sample the PM's and/or finished products according to procedure and if management requires it.

Perform labeling tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace. Leave equipment, utensils and areas clean at the end of each workday.

Make good use of the company's facilities and assets.

Keep your management informed in a timely manner about any deviations that arise during daily tasks.

Make correct and timely use of PPE.

Timely inform management of any need for PM and supplies.

Generate production records as appropriate.

Produce products according to the production schedule

In case of spills and/or emergencies, proceed according to internal procedure.

Support general physical inventory taking, according to the company's annual program

Make adequate waste disposal according to internal procedure.

Support all actions necessary to maintain healthy inventory.

Provide support to warehouses and logistics if required.

Support the continuous improvement of the area

Maintain a service attitude with internal and external clients

Participate in all training in the area training program.

Faithfully comply with the stipulations of the employment contract, internal regulations and code of Conduct, to ensure a work environment marked by respect, transparency and good practices within the company.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar functions.

Desirable ERP management

  • Knowledge of productive plants (chemical industries).
  • Secondary Education (Humanist or Professional Tech.)
  • Professional technique (desirable)
