Role Summary

MISSION

The resource will be inserted with an internship contract and will support the Production and Engineering department in the definition, implementation and management of operational and safety procedures, helping to guarantee high standards of efficiency, compliance and safety at work, through careful management of documentation and training processes.

Responsibilities

• Definition, mapping, implementation and periodic updating of the operational procedures of the Production department which has 80 FTEs;
• In close collaboration with the EHS Office, definition, mapping, implementation and periodic updating of the safety procedures of the Production department;
• Management of training deadlines, continuously updating the training reports of all procedures (both operational and safety);
• Insertion of training procedures and reports into a specific summary Excel file;

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or similar or Diploma in technical subjects.

SKILLS

• Basic knowledge of industrial, energy, mechanical, electrical and electronic systems
• Ability to learn the operation of systems and production lines
• Ability to work in a team
• Communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Dynamism and flexibility
• Good knowledge of the Office package - in particular Excel
