Production foreman - Production Foreman at Sika AG in Brześć Kujawski, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a production environment, including: 1 year as a leader/foreman.
- Ability to lead a team and organize work under time pressure.
- Knowledge of production/warehousing processes and occupational health and safety rules.
- Knowledge of SAP, WMS or MES systems preferred.
- Communication skills, decision-making, responsibility and stress resistance.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- UDT permissions.
- Experience working with warehouse vehicles.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a production environment, including at least 1 year in a Team Leader / Supervisor role.
- Ability to manage a team and organize work under time pressure.
- Knowledge of production and/or warehouse processes and HSE regulations.
- Familiarity with SAP, WMS, or MES systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, decisiveness, sense of responsibility, and stress resilience.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Valid UTD license.
- Experience in operating warehouse vehicles.

Description of the job offer
Organization and supervision of work during a shift - assigning tasks, monitoring implementation and responding to deviations on an ongoing basis.
Implementation of the production plan in accordance with the schedule, quality and safety standards.
Managing a team of line workers - motivating, controlling working time, settling accounts for completed tasks.
Coordination of cooperation with other shifts and departments (maintenance, planning, quality, logistics).
Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety and fire protection rules. and 5S in the subordinate area.
Verification of the quality of performed operations - supervision of the correctness of activities and compliance with instructions.
Responding to failures, non-compliances and operational problems - taking corrective actions and informing superiors.
Entering data into systems (SAP, WMS or MES) - reporting order execution, working time and material use.
Training new employees and supporting the development of team competences.
Organizing and supervising workflow during the shift – assigning tasks, monitoring execution, and responding to deviations in real time.
Executing the production plan in line with the schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Managing a team of production line employees – motivating staff, monitoring working time, and holding employees responsible for task completion.
Coordinating cooperation with other shifts and departments (maintenance, planning, quality, logistics).
Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), fire safety, and 5S standards in the assigned area.
Verifying the quality of performed operations – supervising correctness and compliance with procedures.
Responding to breakdowns, non-conformities, and operational issues – taking corrective actions and reporting to supervisors.
Entering data into systems (SAP, WMS, or MES) – reporting order completion, working time, and material usage.
Training new employees and supporting team competency development.
