Lead day-to-day production activities for cable harness assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, and box-build integration. Responsible for achieving production targets, ensuring product quality, maintaining process compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while meeting customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage cable harness assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, and box-build production activities.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and delivery commitments are achieved.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor production metrics, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes, work instructions, and safety standards.
• Support NPI, process validation, and production transfers.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation.
• Train and guide operators to ensure adherence to quality and process requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in EMS, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Electronics, Medical Devices, Automotive Electronics, or Telecom manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cable harness manufacturing standards, assembly processes, and quality tools is preferred.
