Role Summary
We are looking for an efficient and meticulous production assistant to join our manufacturing team in San Luis PotosĂ, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production equipment, overseeing quality standards, and ensuring that all products meet our company specifications. You will work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth production operations and contribute to our commitment to manufacturing excellence. - Operate and supervise production equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines - Assemble, package and label products in accordance with quality specifications and production standards
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality control requirements - Maintain accurate production records and communicate performance metrics to supervisors - Promptly identify and report any equipment breakdowns, production issues, or safety risks
Maintain work area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe work environment - Meet daily and weekly production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standards - Follow all company standard operating procedures and safety protocols - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production challenges and improve efficiency - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback on process optimization
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to operate production equipment and machinery - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards - Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including standing for long periods of time and lifting materials
Ability to read and accurately follow written and verbal instructions - Basic mathematical knowledge to measure and calculate production indicators - Excellent reliability, punctuality and work ethic - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic manufacturing environment - Previous experience in production, manufacturing or assembly operations will be an advantage
