Production and warehouse employee (F/M) / Production and Warehouse Operative at Sika AG in Brześć Kujawski, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland.
Requirements
- Readiness for physical work.
- Experience working in production or in a warehouse.
- License to operate forklifts (UDT) - a necessary condition.
- Availability to work in shifts (2 shifts).
- Ability to operate machines and equipment.
- Conscientiousness and accuracy in performing assigned duties.
- Knowledge of the SAP/WMS system will be an additional advantage.
- Good organization of own work.
- Commitment and responsibility.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
- Experience in production or warehouse work.
- Willingness to perform physical work.
- Forklift operator license (UDT) – mandatory requirement.
- Availability for shift work (2 shifts).

Description of the job offer
Performing production and warehouse tasks in accordance with the work plan and job instructions.
Operating machines, devices and tools in compliance with safety rules and applicable procedures.
Reception, unloading and loading of goods and materials using available means of internal transport.
Internal transport of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products between workstations.
Completing and preparing components for production and packaging finished products.
Labeling, scanning and entering data into the warehouse system (WMS / SAP).
Quantitative and qualitative control of received and issued materials.
Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace in accordance with the 5S principles.
Waste segregation and proper handling of non-compliant materials or returns.
Compliance with occupational health and safety and fire protection rules. and environmental protection applicable at the plant.
Execution of production and warehouse tasks in accordance with the work plan and workstation instructions.
Operation of machines, equipment, and tools in compliance with safety rules and applicable procedures.
Receiving, unloading, and loading goods and materials using available internal transport means.
Internal transport of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods between workstations.
Picking and preparing components for production, as well as packaging finished products.
Labeling, scanning, and entering data into the warehouse management system (WMS / SAP).
Performing quantity and quality control of received and issued materials.
Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation in accordance with 5S principles.
Waste segregation and proper handling of non-conforming materials or returns.
Complying with health and safety (H&S), fire protection, and environmental regulations applicable at the plant.
