Productiemedewerker Sample Reception & Registration

Role Summary

You ensure that our samples are received, registered and processed correctly. In this role you work with a variety of products and systems, so no day is the same. You keep an overview when a lot is happening at the same time, work accurately and immediately see the effect of your work on the quality of our services. You are the link between reception, laboratory and partner labs, and therefore make an important contribution to food safety in the Netherlands.

What makes this position special?

You ensure that samples are registered correctly, so that analyzes can be carried out reliably.

You work with a wide variety of foodstuffs, raw materials and imported products from, among others, the port areas.

You will be given space to think about process improvements and innovation.

What are you going to do?

The Sample Reception & Registration department receives samples every day that are tested for food safety. As a Production Employee Sample Reception & Registration you are responsible for receiving, checking, registering, sorting and prioritizing these products.

You check whether the delivered product matches the order. Isn't it right? Then you proactively contact the customer to find out what the intention is. This way you prevent errors in the further process and ensure that the laboratory knows exactly which analyzes need to be carried out.

You work with different systems and codes to ensure that each sample is processed correctly. This requires accuracy, overview and a structured way of working.
