Product Owner Groningen

Role Summary

As a Product Owner at Sopra Steria you are the link between the customer and the development team. You understand the question behind the question, translate it into a clear vision and ensure that it is realized in practice. You work on digital products that add value for the customer and their users.

You keep an overview of the backlog, coordinate priorities with stakeholders and ensure that the team knows what is needed to take the next step. You think about product strategies and roadmaps and are not afraid to make choices when necessary.

You work for a variety of clients in sectors such as finance, government, utilities and industry. Sometimes you support the launch of a new digital platform, other times you help an organization to work more product-oriented.

You work hybrid, with Groningen as your permanent base.

Requirements

You have a clear vision and know how to bring others along. You feel comfortable in different organizations and know how to build bridges between business and IT. You keep an overview, even when there is a lot going on at the same time, and you have an eye for both the big picture and the details.

• at least a college diploma
• at least two years of experience as a Product Owner
• experience with Agile working and prioritizing backlogs
• strong communication skills in Dutch at a minimum B2 level
• affinity with sectors such as finance, government, utilities or industry is a plus
