Role Summary
We are recruiting a Voice Product Manager (M/F) responsible for managing and developing Voice offers (fixed and mobile), their end-to-end integration into the platform, and their marketing in close collaboration with the technical, marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities
Specific to the Voice scope
- Manage one or more products in the Voice family (fixed and mobile), including the evolution of existing offers and the creation of new services.
- Ensure the complete integration of Voix products into Sophia, from the order process to provisioning, billing and support.
- Work in close collaboration with R&D and technical teams (SE) on all developments of Voice services and functionalities.
- Contribute strongly to push to market, ensuring that each product development is accompanied by a structured and adoption-oriented launch plan.
Requirements
Missions of the Product Manager
- Participate in the definition of the Product roadmap.
- Define the content of marketing documents and Product communications.
- Monitor product developments with R&D, development teams or external contacts.
- Make recommendations on ergonomics and functionalities to develop or validate.
- Monitor suppliers and external service providers linked to its portfolio.
- Be guarantor of the P&L on its service portfolio (prices, margins, costs).
- Ensure the proper implementation of processes, from ordering to invoicing.
- Ensure the consistency and updating of contractual elements linked to offers.
- Coordinate and propose marketing actions to promote your product.
- Act as a referent on your product: train sales teams, produce training materials, intervene with customers and partners.
- Carry out market and competitive intelligence.
- Proven experience (3-6 years of experience in the position) as a Product Manager, ideally in telecoms, VoIP or mobile offers.
- Good knowledge of Voice environments: UCaaS, Mobile, SIP trunking, dialing, telephone micro-services.
- Experience in integrating products into a platform or marketplace (ideally Sophia or equivalent).
- Strong Go-to-Market / Push to Market appetite: ability to structure effective product launches, support sales teams and encourage adoption. • Analytical mind, rigor and sense of operational management.
- Comfort in cross-functional coordination with technical, marketing, sales and support teams.
