Role Summary

How we imagine you

You have a university degree or secondary school in a technical field (ideally transport construction, water management construction...) and practical experience min. 5 years in the industry. Experience from a design office, implementation company or technical sales of building materials is an advantage.

Communicative knowledge of AJ (communication with headquarters, technical documentation).

You are no stranger to materials such as concrete and its rehabilitation, epoxy/polyurethane systems, corrosion protection, etc.

You orient yourself in the ČSN, EN standards, or TP/technical conditions of the ŘSD, etc.

You enjoy designing system solutions and you are familiar with project documentation.

You have communication and presentation skills (technical training, workshops).

You are a technically oriented "solution thinker".

You are an active driver and you feel like a fish in water behind the wheel (frequent trips to construction sites).

Responsibilities

What you will be responsible for

• Management of a portfolio of products for transport, water management and energy constructions (e.g. bridges, tunnels, sewage treatment plants, reservoirs, energy infrastructure).
• Technical support of the sales team and key projects (design of system solutions).
• You will collaborate with designers, investors and contractors in specifying products for projects.
• You will analyze the market, the competition and identify new opportunities.
• You will introduce new products to the market (launch, training, technical documentation).
• You will be responsible for the creation of technical documents, specifications and application procedures.
• You will solve technical problems on construction sites (on-site support).
• You will design specific, tailored technical solutions and present their advantages.
• You will become an expert in the field if you are not already.
• Close cooperation with representatives of other departments (R&D, marketing, production...) awaits you. We work as one team and you will never do it alone.
