Product Manager Certification Poultry Farming (m/f/d)

Role Summary

Product Manager for Certification of Poultry Production Plants, Breeders and Hatcheries, with important responsibilities that directly impact the quality and standards of our industry

technical contact person for national and international customers in the area of poultry production and breeding as well as ensuring the highest level of communication and service

oversee and ensure the strict implementation of testing standards in poultry production, including but not limited to KAT, QS and ITW

Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, academic institutions and industry partners, both domestically and internationally

• conduct independent audits in the area of animal production
• carry out comprehensive analyzes and implement strategic optimization of the product portfolio, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
• Maintaining the integrity of our certification processes by ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices
• high level of expertise, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of poultry farm and hatchery certification

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies, preferably Agriculture with a focus on animal production or comparable training
• comprehensive and in-depth expertise in agricultural poultry production, poultry breeding, hatchery with particular attention to national and international practices
• At least several years of solid professional experience in the field of poultry farming and approval as an auditor would be desirable
• exceptional customer interaction skills, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, confidence and effective communication skills
• High willingness to travel extensively, both nationally and internationally, as required by the position
• Fluent command of German and English, both spoken and written, as well as the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely
• Valid Class B driving license and good knowledge of MS Office applications
