Role Summary

Work@everii

Do you think of products not in terms of features, but rather in terms of the real needs of the users? Do you want to bring together strategy, customer feedback and technical possibilities – and help shape MOCO from day one?

Then you should read on now!

What awaits you

As a product manager, you think from the customer’s perspective – and the day after tomorrow. You know the world of agencies, consultancies and IT service providers: how they plan, bill, communicate and grow. You use this understanding to not only think through the next feature, but to help determine the direction of the product. You work in close communication with development and customer operations, bring together customer feedback, the technical and strategic perspective - and help the team make the right decisions at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Conception: You first ask why. The actual requirement behind a feature request is your starting point. From there, you think through solution approaches holistically and prepare them precisely for development.
  • Product Design: You are familiar with Figma and have an eye for design - you recognize what makes an interface intuitive, clear and pleasant to use.
  • Close to the user: You are regularly in direct contact with customers, challenge assumptions and know what is really needed and not just loudly wanted.
  • Testing & QA: You actively support the implementation, give feedback in the process and ensure that the finished feature meets the original requirement.
  • Looking at the big picture: You don't think about MOCO in terms of features, but in terms of directions. You recognize patterns in customer feedback, market developments and technical possibilities - and help the team to make clear priorities.
  • Blog & Handbook: You explain what's new and why it's important. Short, concise, and without buzzwords Good writing is not a requirement for you, but part of the job.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management: You have helped design products in a B2B SaaS context - from conception to release. You know how good decisions come about and when they need to be made.
  • Understanding of agency and service processes: You know how agencies, consultancies and IT service providers work. Ideally from your own experience or from a previous product in this segment.
  • Trend awareness: You follow what is changing in the industry technologically, creatively and conceptually. You are interested in AI not as hype, but as a real possibility.
  • Communication skills: You write well. Not just clear and error-free, but in a way that helps people understand why something is important.
  • Bonus Skill: You know MOCO and may have even worked with it.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work with real scope – top equipment included. Ideally, you'll be in our office 2-3 days a week, but if a whole week works remotely, that's no problem.
  • A small, well-coordinated team: product and development work directly together. You are an integral part of the team from day one - not an assistant, but a co-creator**.**
  • Growth that feels – no standstill. Challenges that challenge you and regular feedback that helps you move forward.
  • Short paths, real say - for us, flat hierarchies not only mean fewer meetings, but it's also your perspective that counts, not your title.
  • A team that is happy to get to know you – open culture, honest communication, no elbows. Pleasant atmosphere & team culture: Modern office in the heart of Hamburg fresh fruit, coffee, chilled drinks and a shared weekly breakfast.
  • Option: subsidy for the Germany ticket & lunch (via EDENRED/benefit in kind**)**
  • Sounds interesting?
  • We look forward to your application! – your salary expectations and your earliest possible start date.
