Product Manager - Mortgage

Role Summary

This is a remote position.

Candidates must be located within the United States to be considered and preference is given to candidates in the DFW area.

Requirements

You will be responsible for

• Owning, creating and maintaining the product roadmap aligning it with the demands of the market and the strategic vision;
• Analyzing our target market, getting input from the customer, and collaborating to choose the best ideas to pursue.
• Keeping a finger on the pulse of our competition and developing strategies and tactics to reduce threats.
• Setting product strategy and prioritizing features.
• Serving as the internal and external evangelist for the platform: and acting as the "messenger of the market" internally to the organization.
• Executing on the roadmap by working collaboratively with the development and BA team to moving through the product life cycle at the pace required to meet business goals.
• About You
• 5+years of experience in the mortgage loan origination process (lender, software company, or service provider)
• 3+ years of experience building successful software products with heavy reliance on 3rd party integrations
• Experience with using AI and building AI tools
• Technical background strongly preferred
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
• Know how to lead without mandating
• Be comfortable bringing order to potentially ambiguous and complex situations
• Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy
• Brilliant communicator
• Strategist who translates the company's high-level vision and goals into actionable tasks
• Tech savvy and passionate about building products
• Track record of developing enterprise quality consumer-facing products
• Experience with best practice agile scrum development and lean start up principles
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams
