Your future team

Would you like to contribute your specialist knowledge where modern clinical software is created? Then you've come to the right place. As a product manager with a focus on outpatient and inpatient hospital billing, you are part of an agile team of product managers, software developers, UI/UX designers and testers. Together you will design an innovative billing solution for our hospital information system M-KIS with a view to real hospital processes, legal requirements and the needs of our users. The role is particularly suitable for you if you come from hospital billing, medical controlling, IT healthcare consulting or product management for a software provider and want to think ahead with billing digitally. Your experienced team members and your team management will support you with the training, give you creative freedom and promote your professional and personal development in a meaningful environment.

This is what awaits you with us

• You will play a central role in the new development of our billing solution for outpatient and inpatient hospital services
• You develop modules and functions related to clinical billing (DRG, PEPP, PIA, financial accounting interfaces as well as data communication according to § 301, § 302 and § 304 SGB V)
• You record, structure and evaluate technical, functional and legal requirements for our software solution
• You translate complex billing processes from clinics, medical controlling and patient management into clear product requirements and features that can be prioritized
• You will help shape the product strategy with a particular focus on billing-relevant processes, regulatory developments and the digitalization of administrative clinical processes
• You present and discuss these software solutions with our users, customers and partners as part of pilot projects or trade fairs

These are your strengths & skills

• You have in-depth experience in outpatient and inpatient hospital billing - for example from a clinic, medical controlling, patient management, consulting or product management
• You know billing-relevant procedures and topics such as DRG, PEPP, PIA, cost object communication, financial accounting interfaces as well as § 301, § 302 and § 304 SGB V
• You understand clinical processes and can translate requirements from billing, medical controlling and administration into digital solutions
• You have a high IT affinity and are enthusiastic about actively shaping hospital software and digital processes in the healthcare sector
• You like to work conceptually, analyze processes in a structured manner and get to the heart of complex topics in an understandable way
• You communicate confidently with different stakeholders - from users in the hospital to development, consulting and sales
• Very good knowledge of German (C1) rounds off your profile
