Role Summary

You will join the team that designs and develops our Health/Protection back-office solution. Your mission: transform the business needs of our clients (insurers/bancassurance providers) into useful, compliant and industrializable functionalities, in direct contact with the MOA, R&D and business expert teams.

The mission

Business understanding & discovery

Lead workshops (customers/prospects) to understand uses, irritants and priorities, and formalize needs.

Product specification

Write user stories (context, value, management rules, acceptance criteria) and contribute to the prioritization of the backlog.

Delivery & quality

Support integration projects: impact study, configuration, digitalization of processes, acceptance, training.

Define qualification scenarios and test plans to secure functional quality.

Manage/structure customer-oriented documentation (guides, release notes, supports).

Go‑to‑market & innovation

Participate in responses to calls for tender: writing, demonstrations, defenses.

Ensure regulatory monitoring and contribute to the development of a product trajectory

Requirements

  • You like working in a team and creating a climate of trust with various contacts (business, IT, customers).
  • You demonstrate listening, pedagogy and a spirit of synthesis to involve stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
  • You are rigorous, reliable, and comfortable with feedback, with a logic of continuous improvement.
  • With a Bac + 5 type training (Engineering School or IT School), you have at least 8 years of experience in Product Expert missions in personal health/welfare insurance
