Product Development Engineer for Discrete Power

Role Summary

With the increasing demand for AI data centers, we can expect an increase in sales by releasing products in a timely manner. Currently, the discrete power product development department lacks product engineer resources, which is an obstacle to timely product releases. For this reason, we will increase our product engineer resources, increase the number of products that can be released in a short period of time, and increase sales.

• ・New product development of discrete power devices (MOSFET)
• ・Obtain cost estimates for each base and select mass production bases
• ・Product development schedule planning, development cost estimation and DCP approval
• ・Prototype work such as wafer and assembly at mass production bases
• ・Implementation of reliability tests and failure analysis
• ・Layout design using existing processes
• ・Product characteristic evaluation and verification of mass production validity
• ・Promotion of PCN for existing mass-produced products

Requirements

Must have experience in developing IC or discrete power products.

• Must have knowledge of semiconductor wafer processing and assembly
• Must have knowledge and experience in semiconductor reliability testing. can communicate in English
• Language level: English: Daily conversation level or higher (TOEIC 600) Japanese: Business level or higher (JLPT N2)
