Product Analyst Senior/Lead [SME Origination]

Role Summary

We are launching SME – a new product focused on small and medium businesses in Mexico , and are looking for a Senior/Lead Product Analyst to help build the function from the ground up.

You will define how we scale acquisition for SME users, build the entire analytics foundation for the product, and turn early-stage ambiguity into a clear, data-driven system.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product analytics for SME, driving decisions across growth & product
• Build the core analytics foundation from scratch: define key metrics, user funnels, and tracking architecture
• Design clear visibility into acquisition channels and user journeys – who comes from where, and how they convert
• Set up scalable reporting for SME acquisition performance and experimentation outcomes
• Build and analyze full funnel flows for SME users, from first touch to activation and repeat usage
• Design and evaluate A/B testing framework adapted to SME scale
• Identify key specifics of the Mexican SME market and reflect them in product and growth logic
• Partner closely with product and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into measurable hypotheses
• Drive continuous iteration on acquisition efficiency, funnel conversion, and growth levers

Requirements

What makes you a great fit

• A mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE, etc.)
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking
• Advanced SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to understand business objectives and transfer them into technical analytical tasks
• Experience in building processes and scaling them in fast-paced environments
• English proficiency (B1+) for effective collaboration within our international community
