Role Summary

Provide technical and methodological support in the management of continuous improvement, operational excellence and process management, through the identification, analysis, implementation and monitoring of improvement opportunities that contribute to the increase in productivity, safety, quality and operational efficiency, ensuring the sustainability of the implemented actions and compliance with the organization's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Identify opportunities for improvement through the analysis of processes and management indicators.
• Build, document and optimize processes using continuous improvement methodologies.
• Implement improvement projects applying Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma and PDCA tools.
• Prepare and update procedures, instructions and operating standards.
• Prepare and consolidate reports and management indicators for decision making.
• Follow up on action plans derived from audits, inspections, incidents and strategic plans.
• Provide support in internal and external audits, as well as in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with the areas involved the implementation, monitoring and sustainability of the improvements.
• Verify compliance with the Safety, Occupational Health, Environment and Quality standards applicable to the service.
• Issue technical reports and progress reports related to the activities carried out.
