Role Summary
We are seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our team and deliver exceptional results for our clients. Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager , you will play a key role in producing high-quality deliverables for both tendering and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Create process flow diagrams , piping and instrumentation diagrams and heat and material balances using industry software.
- Perform calculations to size process equipment, including proprietary technologies, for seawater treatment and offshore injection equipment.
- Support tendering and project activities, including responding to client clarifications and resolving technical comments
- Maintain awareness of tender and project schedules, deadlines, and client requirements
- Collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Provide both local and remote technical support to operating plants during commissioning and first operation phase through to performance test completion and handover.
- Work towards professional accreditation and build a substantial evidence portfolio
- Participate in Health & Safety meetings and implement H&S guidance in all deliverables
- Apply ISO9001-2015 standards and risk management principles to daily work
Requirements
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Chemical & Process Engineering (a masters degree may be preferred for senior roles).
- Professional member of IChemE.
- Experience in engineering design, procurement and construction of upstream / offshore oil and gas or water treatment process plant.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Applications
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication (written and verbal) skills essential.
