Practice Lead Business Transformation

Role Summary

As a Practice Lead you are the driving force behind change. You lead a team of 15 consultants and guide them in their growth and development. You work on digital transformations that make a real impact and contribute to the future of our organization. You report to the Area Director Business Transformation and work together with both public and private organizations to solve complex issues.

You develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs of companies and their IT strategies. You work closely with your team, stakeholders and customers to achieve joint successes. Thanks to your expertise, strategic insight and connecting approach, you will stimulate the growth of our Area and contribute to digital transformations that make organizations future-proof.

You work closely with customers and stakeholders to achieve valuable results.

Requirements

• What are you bringing?
• Inspiring leadership – At least 5 years of experience in guiding and developing talent within consultancy.
• Entrepreneurship – Demonstrable commercial experience and the drive to build a successful management consultancy business.

Strategic expertise – At least 15 years of relevant experience with a focus on Business & IT transformations, Business Process Excellence, organizational design, (agile) portfolio management and sector knowledge (preferably Public, Industry or Financial Services). Experience at a leading consultancy organization is an advantage.

• Project management skills – Experience in leading consultancy projects and projects, achieving results within deadlines and budgets, and stimulating team growth.
• Strong networking skills – The ability and relationships to identify new opportunities and create value for our clients.
• Mentorship & team development – You are committed to the growth and development of your team and helping them to realize their potential.
