PR - H&N LOGISTICS QUALITY SUPERVISOR

Role Summary

Support and monitor the implementation of improvement plans and activities, related to the quality of commercial logistics, quality in the market and consumer service, in order to contribute to the satisfaction of the consumer experience, applying the culture of customer quality

Provide monthly follow-up to the action plans of the Quality area audits.

Update the audit management portal 1 time per session. (3 sessions a year)

Train the logistics operator and distributors on updates to Quality policies and develop at least 1 reinforcement training 1 time per session. (3 sessions a year)

Support and monitor improvement plans related to Quality.

Update and monitoring of monthly COL & ECU container handling indicators in collaboration with the Logistics team.

Guarantee that the planning of the activities required in the field occurs in an organized and controlled manner.

Requirements

• Training: University Professional industrial engineering, production engineering, food quality control, food engineering, microbiologist or related careers.
• Qualified training as an internal auditor in Quality, BPM or ISO 19111.
• Experience: 1 year of demonstrable experience in audits and management of corrective plans, verification of product samples, preparation of reports and personnel management.
• Minimum 1 year experience in audits focused on evaluation of logistics processes and merchandise quality. Languages: English B1
