Responsibilities

• What will you do in this role?
• Entrepreneurship and initiative are key in this role. You get to build your own role as part of our team, and your focus can be, for example, in supporting sales, customer dialogue, defining technical solutions, refining backlogs or promoting continuous improvement.
• We often work by function instead of customers, and we expect new perspectives and a desire to develop our operating methods from you. In customer work, you help guide the conversation in the direction of long-term and agile product development, instead of focusing only on scheduling issues.
• You will join a team where knowledge sharing, cooperation and customer care are strongly present. Your opinion is valued, and we hope you will be an important part of our shared success!

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

• At least 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio)
• Dynamics 365 experience is preferred
• Power Platform / Dynamics certifications a plus
• Experience with .NET and/or React development and integrations
• Experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps solutions and DevOps environments
• Experience in utilizing artificial intelligence in development and customer solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent Finnish and English
• A suitable university degree (e.g. data processing, software engineering)
