Reporting to our Technical Director, your missions will be:
Role Summary
Reporting to our Technical Director, your missions will be
▪manage the daily planning of fumigation operations in which you participate in collaboration with the Regional Directors and Operations Managers.
▪determine the treatment products and safety equipment suitable for the operations you supervise in accordance with the requirements of the certiphyto standard.
▪manage stocks of fumigants and associated materials on the national perimeter in coordination with the locally designated manager in charge of the permanent inventory and securing storage
▪to communicate to regional staff attached to the geographical area any information useful for a good understanding of fumigation activities in accordance with the constraints of the certiphyto standard
▪assist the teams on the ground in charge of operations in the event of a problem
▪participate in regulatory and competitive monitoring in synergy with the Sales Department
▪to participate in technical pre-visits carried out before fumigation in concrete, metal, sheet pile or flat storage silos, in conjunction with the Sales Department
▪ensure the maintenance of the company's national fumigation approval with the support of regional directors
▪to actively participate in technological monitoring of treatment and control procedures in accordance with the requirements of the certiphyto standard
▪to participate in the implementation of training as part of maintaining the qualification of personnel dedicated to this activity and certiphyto certification, and the training course for Agricultural Services inspectors if necessary
▪participate in the recruitment of inspectors necessary for proper operational functioning
Requirements
- Logistics training Bac +2 minimum, you have worked on operations that require gases or ideally fumigation products
- You have experience in team management and speak English.
