Responsibilities

• Ensure a gradual and rigorous increase in user skills.
• Provide first-level technical and functional support to users of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, focusing on Manufacturing Engineering applications (e.g. DELMIA Process planning, DELMIA Manufacturing item definition, DELMIA work instruction, etc.).
• Answer questions, resolve problems and guide users in the daily use of the tool.
• Identify user needs and propose appropriate solutions to optimize their efficiency in their work.
• Design and lead complete training sessions for the tool or awareness sessions for new features adapted to different levels of users and the specific needs of our projects.
• Propose and implement optimized working methodologies for specific user cases
• Suggest workarounds.
• Monitor new features and updates to the platform, particularly in the area of Manufacturing Engineering.

Requirements

• You are an Electrical Engineer or equivalent and have good knowledge of the 3dexperience tool: DELMIA Process Planning, DELMIA manufacturing item definition, DELMIA Work Instruction, SAP, passSSi...
• You also demonstrate increased knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering processes.
