Classified as SEVESO High Threshold and with more than 310,000 T of waste treated per year, the Limay site is Veolia's main processing center and is the largest processing site in Europe. It offers industrialists and communities comprehensive management of their special waste under optimal conditions of safety and environmental protection.

Within the Transport department, supported by a team of 2 employees, you will report to the Manager of the services division.

Your mission is to plan the delivery of waste and additional planning for on-site transport, taking into account customer requests, while respecting operational constraints.

You organize and plan the rounds of PL and SPL drivers for waste collection as well as the services of our chemists on our customers' sites.

To do this, your rigor and sense of organization, your autonomy, as well as your sense of customer relations will allow you to:

Guarantee telephone reception and ensure the processing of requests made by email.

Planning of transport of packaged waste or bulk tank:

Check whether or not a chemical service is necessary beforehand.

Plan waste collections with customers and transmit the necessary information to drivers, making sure to update their schedule.

Ensure daily monitoring on tools and dashboards.

Ensure safety conditions (safety protocol, regulations for the transport of dangerous materials, accessibility of the customer site, etc.)

Edit waste tracking slips and associated documents intended for drivers.

Planning receptions

Check the adequacy of customer data with computer data.

Plan the arrival of waste on the internal software while respecting the operating instructions.

Generate non-conformities if necessary and inform the customer.

Planning of chemical services

Study customer requests for chemist services: existing quotes, feasibility conditions.

Plan the chemist’s intervention date in conjunction with the customer and internal planning.

Edit essential documents for chemists for services.

Requirements
