Role Summary

Reporting directly to the Planning Manager, the professional will be responsible for supporting the activities of preparing, maintaining and updating the schedules and list of deliverables for projects in the engineering phase. It will work on consolidating, monitoring and disseminating project schedules and progress, with an emphasis on communication in English.

Responsibilities

Among its main responsibilities are

  • Prepare and maintain technical and control reports focused on supporting internal processes in the planning area;
  • Ensure the integrity and updating of information in the systems used;
  • Interact with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment between areas involved and established schedules.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (oral and written communication) - Mandatory;
  • Proficiency in tools (Power BI and Excel) - Mandatory;
  • Higher education in progress (Engineering, Administration or IT) - Mandatory;
  • Previous experience in planning engineering projects - Desirable
  • Mastery of the MS Project planning tool - Desirable
