Role Summary
Planning & technical development
Independent planning of heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology (HVAC) systems
Creation of specialist plans including
- Dimensioning and design of technical systems
- Technical implementation and component specification
- Definition of functions, control requirements and control processes
- Creation of installation plans and schematics in collaboration with the internal planning team
- Development of technical solutions taking economic efficiency, sustainability and plant operation into account
- Project management from the idea to commissioning
- Accompanying projects throughout all project phases – from concept development to implementation planning and commissioning
- Responsibility for tenders and support in award processes
- Participation in the construction supervision of technical trades
- Ensuring compliance with technical requirements, schedules and quality standards throughout the entire project period
- Interface work & quality assurance
- Participation in interdisciplinary tasks in related areas, such as mechanical engineering, process engineering or electrical engineering
- Close collaboration with project managers, CAD specialists and internal and external project participants
- Implementation of general and project-specific quality assurance measures
- Ensuring consistent, economical and technically reliable project processing
- Supporting smooth collaboration within interdisciplinary project teams
Mindset
- Basic or advanced knowledge of CAD applications, ideally AutoCAD
- Experience with MagiCAD is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office
- Routine in the use of digital tools for planning, documentation and project communication

Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in building and energy technology, supply technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the planning and management of building technology systems
- Experience in working on projects across different performance phases as well as knowledge of the relevant HOAI performance phases are an advantage
Skills
- Strong technical understanding of building technology systems and their connections
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into economical and practical solutions
- Secure and precise communication in the project environment
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least level C1)
