Role Summary

Are you a real controller, have strong communication skills and do you always see opportunities instead of problems? Then we have the challenge for you! For our security teams we are looking for a planner who is energized by dynamics and enjoys making a difference.

Responsibilities

In the world of security, everything runs 24/7. Thanks to your planning, our customers can always count on a strong and complete team. You keep an overview, switch quickly and ensure that everything runs smoothly - even if the situation suddenly changes.

As a planner you are responsible for short-term planning (up to 8 weeks in advance). Whether it concerns a sick call, a last-minute request from the customer or an unexpected capacity challenge: you ensure that it is resolved. Creative, well thought out and always with an eye for both the employee and the customer.

• You manage and optimize approximately 12,000 plannable hours per pay period
• You ensure efficient and future-proof planning
• You solve capacity issues quickly and smartly
• You interact with colleagues, customers and stakeholders on a daily basis
• You actively participate in work meetings to improve planning
• You are not alone

Together with the Capacity Planner and Operational Managers you determine the best approach. You work closely together to find the right balance between employee satisfaction, customer agreements and business goals.

A planner, puzzler, out of the box thinker and creative. We would be happy to talk to you if you think you have what it takes to start with us as a planner. Furthermore:

• You have an MBO4 working and thinking level.
• You have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in carrying out (operational) planning processes.
• You are willing to work a picket shift once every 4 weeks (i.e. work outside office hours).
• Living within a radius of 40 km around Amsterdam.
