Responsibilities

  • Customer service in the field of demand planning and shipping information.
  • Developing a feasible operational plan and supervising its implementation.
  • Collaborate with business unit (BU) and customer to prepare joint demand plan.
  • Creating a master production schedule based on the analysis of material demand and production capacity.
  • Entering the Master Schedule into the ERP system.
  • Creating and updating a feasible production plan and working closely with the operations team to ensure its implementation.
  • Preparing revenue forecasts, monitoring implementation and taking corrective actions in the event of a risk of not achieving goals.
  • Monitoring the efficiency indicators of the planning process and taking actions aimed at their continuous improvement.
  • Taking care of customer satisfaction and minimizing the company's financial risk and liability.
  • Compliance with applicable procedures, security policies and company policies.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the area of material planning.
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Jabil systems and software.
  • Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
  • Ability to prepare reports and documentation.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to cooperate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to plan and determine logistics needs in order to achieve business goals.
  • Knowledge of the basics of algebra and geometry and the ability to perform basic calculations.
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Higher education + 2 years of experience or Master's degree with no experience required.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience is acceptable.

About the Company

How will you make an impact?

The Quality Supervisor for DHR and Inspection is under the direction of the QA Manager. They will continue maintaining high quality standards of the product inspection and final release process and compliance with regulatory requirements, administer Quality Assurance support to Quality Operations of a complex site and/or demanding compliance profile, and directly supervise Quality inspectors, and Final Release (DHR) employees. Works with Quality Technicians and Quality Engineers for day to day activities supporting all Production Cells and Supplier quality (Operating Companies) at the site has adequate quality support, documentation review, and support projects, process and new product introductions or upgrading of existing processes and products and subsequent qualifications.
