Role Summary

Responsible for planning and controlling inspection operations, working on billing management, resource allocation, monitoring costs and revenues, in addition to developing indicators to support decision making.

Responsibilities

Main activities

• Control the billing of inspection activities, ensuring the correct issuance of invoices and compliance with the services provided;
• Develop, monitor and analyze performance indicators for inspection activities;
• Control cost and revenue provisions, ensuring that all services are properly accounted for and that billing occurs within established deadlines;
• Ensure adequate allocation of resources (inspectors, equipment, materials) to meet established deadlines;

Optimize planning processes by generating KPIs for management and decision making.

Requirements

• Higher education in the area of Exact Sciences;
• Experience in billing, issuing notes, control or management of indicators and reports;
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and proficiency in the Office Package (mainly Excel);
• Careful profile, attentive to details and with good organization;
• Ease of working with controls and deadlines;
• Good communication and responsibility with information and processes;

Live in Piracicaba/SP or nearby regions.
