Pickers & Packers Wanted

Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Pick & Packer to join our client located in Peakhurst, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders.

Your Normal Hours of work will be

• Monday-Thursday
• 7.00am – 4.00pm
• Friday
• 7.00am – 12.00pm

Whilst we would like to interview every applicant who applies, in general, considering the volume of applications received and other recruitment factors, this option is unachievable. As a consequence, we will only be able to contact those candidates who are successful in the first stage of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently locate, pick and pack customer orders
• Ensure all orders are accurately packed and prepared for dispatch
• Maintain high levels of productivity and order accuracy
• Assist with stock management, organisation and inventory control
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Ensure a clean, safe and organised work area at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Picker or Packer in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items
• Forklift license would be highly regarded
