Role Summary

We have opportunities for you! We are looking for part-time and full-time Pickers for our OrdersYa Market in Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities

• What challenges await you?
• Carry out picking (order assembly) and packaging of orders ensuring the expected level of service (place order in a timely manner, aligned with the correct packaging process and without modifying orders).
• Receive and stock merchandise in compliance with the company's safety, hygiene and order standards. Record everything in the inventory system in a timely manner.
• Ensure and control that the merchandise is as requested in the purchase orders.
• Ensure and control expiration dates and the quality of the merchandise received (cold chain, breakages, etc.).
• Stock and label products on racks in an orderly manner. Suggest changes in the order of merchandise that improve picking productivity.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Identify and communicate potential opportunities to reduce costs and keep them below the target.
• Be able to perform daily work with limited supervision.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the product portfolio offered and the demand for each of them.
• Participate in the inventory control process.
• Participate in the process of collecting and delivering orders to riders.

Requirements

• Experience in replacement roles (merchandise management, cash management, or similar. (Desirable).
• Availability to work rotating schedules.
• Teamwork.
• Responsibility and commitment.
