Work InTime GmbH is a successful personnel service provider with a focus on placing and hiring out skilled workers in the commercial and technical sector. Due to our continuous growth, we are opening a new location in Hürth, Bornheim or Brühl and are looking for committed individuals who would like to actively shape this success.

We are looking for

• ✅ Sales representative (m/f/d)
• ✅ Sales dispatcher (m/f/d)
• ✅ Personnel dispatcher (m/f/d)

The following applies to all positions: Home office is possible after successful training and by arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships
• Support and develop existing customers
• Find and schedule suitable employees for our customer projects
• Interview applicants and accompany them through the entire application process
• Supervise employees – from recruitment to ongoing deployment
• Create job advertisements and use suitable recruiting channels
• Organize offers, contracts and temporary employment
• Together with your team, successfully build and develop the branch

• Ideally experience in personnel services, sales or human resources consulting
• Enjoy dealing with people and building long-term customer relationships
• Negotiation skills and communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Initiative and team spirit
