• What will your work week look like?
• Take care of the analysis and acceptance of insurance applications as well as automobile and home insurance policies in accordance with the underwriting and pricing policies in force;
• Proceed to issue the required documents and renewals of personal insurance policies;
• Provide support to our partner brokers;
• Develop and maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge in personal insurance underwriting.

Requirements

Do you have this profile THERE?

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in personal insurance;
• In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and the insurance market in New Brunswick or the Atlantic provinces;
• Having a “CharteredInsurance Professional” CIP / PAA is an asset;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft office 365 suite;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills;
• Depth of analysis, quality of judgment and good decision-making capacity;
• Sense of negotiation and ability to manage priorities;
• Ability to collaborate in achieving objectives;

You have an advanced command of French and English languages, both oral and written, in order to communicate regularly with our French-speaking and English-speaking partners present in our business territory through complex interactions linked in particular to insurance and to meet the growth objectives of Promutuel Côte Est.

• About the position

You will work remotely as a Personal Insurance Underwriter and will have to travel occasionally within our business territory. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (French and English) and will reside in New Brunswick or another Atlantic province.
