Role Summary

Are you a skilled planner with an eye for both the big picture and the finer details, and are you passionate about an exciting everyday life in an international IT company? Then you could be our new Personal Assistant to our Partner Group at our Copenhagen office.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to act as the central point of contact, orchestrating the day-to-day activities of the Partner Group through effective calendar management, document management and archiving, travel planning and booking, as well as thorough meeting preparation. Your role is to ensure that the partners can operate professionally, in a coordinated and efficient manner, while working behind the scenes to involve the right stakeholders and ensure progress.

Your proactive approach will enable the partners to focus on strategic decisions while you handle the practical and administrative aspects. Therefore, the ability to anticipate needs, identify challenges, and initiate solutions is essential.

Your responsibilities will typically include

  • Efficient management of the Partner Group’s calendars, including prioritising and optimising their time, as well as coordinating and booking travel arrangements.
  • Thorough preparation of meeting materials, gathering relevant information, taking accurate meeting minutes, and following up on action items to ensure progress.
  • Flexible handling of ad hoc tasks to support the Partner Group’s day-to-day activities and strategic objectives.

About you

To succeed in this role, you thrive in a dynamic environment with many different stakeholders and points of contact. At Netcompany, we set the bar high, and we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual. You should be self-motivated and enjoy both proactive planning and effective problem-solving. In addition, you understand the importance of handling confidential information with loyalty and discretion. A strong understanding of the business and excellent communication skills is also essential.

Requirements

We imagine that you

  • Have several years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar coordinating role.
  • Thrive on handling administrative and practical tasks at a high level.
  • Work in a structured manner and have an exceptional ability to create and maintain an overview.
  • Have strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.

We expect a high level of commitment and a dedicated and proactive approach to your responsibilities. Your ability to take initiative and contribute new ideas and solutions will be highly valued. At Netcompany, we place great emphasis on both your professional and personal development, and you will naturally receive support and guidance from your colleagues in the PA team.
