Role Summary
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an HSE Manager responsible for managing and leading the company's Quality, Health, Safety and Environment approach.
As a true HSE referent, you ensure regulatory compliance of our activities, contribute to risk management and support teams in the deployment of a culture of continuous improvement.
Training
Bac +5 (Engineer or Master) specialized in Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Environment or equivalent field.
Responsibilities
Your main missions will be
- Define, implement and monitor the company's QHSE policy;
- Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable standards;
- Manage QHSE management systems and certification procedures;
- Carry out risk analyzes and follow the associated action plans;
- Supervise the handling of incidents, accidents, non-conformities and corrective actions;
- Lead internal audits and support external audits;
- Raise awareness, train and support managers and employees on QHSE issues;
- Ensure regulatory monitoring and propose necessary changes;
- Develop performance indicators and ensure reporting to Management;
Participate in continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial, logistics or multi-site environment.
- Proven experience in managing QHSE management systems and audits.
Technical skills
- Mastery of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards;
- Good knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements;
- Mastery of risk analysis, audit and continuous improvement tools;
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and support change.

- Leadership and ability to unite teams;
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills;
- Rigor, organizational skills and analytical skills;
- Strength of proposal and results orientation;
- Autonomy and decision-making capacity.
- The position involves regular travel to different company sites. Mobility is therefore required to ensure operational monitoring of HSE activities.
